Your listing on the local MLS may vary per local MLS rules and regulations.

Listings on Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com.

Your listing on these sites and other non-MLS sites may vary per local MLS syndication rules.

Flat Fee MLS Package.

At Seller’s discretion, commissions may vary by transaction and through negotiation. The payment of a buyer broker commission may be necessary – 2%-3% recommended. Closing costs are not included.

Buyer Agent Commission.

The payment of a buyer broker commission is necessary to be on the MLS – 2%-3% is recommended, but not standrard . Closing costs are not included.

Sellers Package Cancellation .

Seller Can only cancel on the deluxe agent package at anytime with a $395.00 cancellation fee. Seller CAN NOT cancel, while under contract with Buyer and/or Buyers Agent. The Contract must close or Buyer(s) and Seller(s) must cancel sales and purchase contract; before Seller can cancel package.

Buyer or Buyers Agent Processing Fees

All Sales and Rental Listings will have a Processing Fee of $395.00 Paid to Realty Hero Inc, This fee will be paid by  ONLY the Buyer, If Buyer has a Buyers Agent (cooperating agent) , fee will be deducted from Buyers Agent(cooperating agent)   Commission on the day of Closing. This fee will be added to the MLS Broker remarks and will be stated on the Settlement Statement on the Day of Closing.

SELLERS DO NOT PAY ANY PROCESSING FEES TO REALTY HERO ON THE DAY OF CLOSING.
