Can I update my MLS listing after it has been posted?

Yes, depending on the package you choose, you can make updates to your MLS listing. The Standard Package includes 2 updates and changes, the Premium Plus Package includes 10 updates and changes, and the Concierge Pro Package offers free unlimited updates and changes.

Are there any additional fees associated with listing my property?

Yes, all sales and rental listings will incur a Processing Tech Fee of $495.00, payable to Royce United, Inc. This tech fee will be paid only by the buyer, or if the buyer has a buyer’s agent/broker, it will be deducted from the buyer’s agent/broker commission/concessions on the day of a successful closing. This fee will be included in the MLS broker remarks and reflected on the settlement statement on the day of closing.

What kind of support do I receive with my listing?

Boca Raton Flat Fee provides phone and email MLS support 7 days a week for all packages. Additionally, the Concierge Pro Package includes licensed Florida broker guidance throughout the transaction, ensuring you have professional support at every step.

What is the MLS?

MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service. It is an extensive online database of real estate listings and sold property data, accessible by real estate agents, appraisers, and other qualified professionals. The MLS serves as a crucial data source for third-party websites like Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. Different MLS systems cover various regions; some operate independently, while others are managed by REALTOR associations.

Are there additional costs from Seller?

No, however; there is a Processing Tech Fee of $495.00 for all sales and rental listings, payable to Royce United, Inc. This fee is paid by the buyer or deducted from the buyer’s agent/broker commission on the day of a successful closing. This fee will be included in the MLS broker remarks and reflected on the settlement statement at closing. Other than this, there are no hidden fees or additional costs beyond the flat fee for the package you choose.

What about Refunds?

We do not charge cancellation fees or early termination fees if you choose to cancel your Boca Raton flat fee MLS listing. However, the listing fee is non-refundable.

Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?

Can I cancel my flat fee MLS listing in Florida at any time without a cancellation fee?

Yes, you can change plans, upgrade, or cancel your BocaRaton flat fee MLS (listed by Royce United, inc) listing at any time without any cancellation or early termination fees.; unless the property is under contract with a buyer, sold, or has received a legitimate offer. The contract does end when the property is sold.

You can upgrade to a higher package at any time by paying the difference between the package prices. However, the listing fee is non-refundable. To cancel, you must sign a cancellation agreement provided by the broker.
